Who can sign up for an account?

Anyone may sign up for an account with us, as long as you agree with our TERMS OF USE, and are over the age of 13. We do not allow Adult sites, so its important to remember, that we cannot guarantee that someone has not slipped inappropriate material in. Therefore, care should be taken if minors have access to your computer.

If you should see an inappropriate web site, you can report the URL address to us, and after we confirm the report, we will add 10-Credits to your account!

Ok, so how fast can I get started?

Your membership will be set up once you submit your information and respond to the confirmation e-mail we send to your listed address. If you don't receive your confirmation email instantly or within 10 minutes, then Contact Us for your Password Information, and be sure to include the Username and email address you used to sign up with.

Can I sign up for more than one membership?

No- You can only have one membership! Signing up under yourself in an effort to obtain additional credits or tokens is considered theft. You will lose all accounts, all credits, and your downline.

How do I earn free credits?

There are currently three ways to earn free credits.
1.Every time you open your MysticalMaze.com surf page, click on the MATCHING colored box and wait for the squares to reappear, and you will earn 0.5 credits as a free member.
2. When the Maze appears, you will see a yellow square. Click in any direction (on the background image directly off of the square) and with a correct move you will earn credits or tokens depending on your membership status. How many or how much will vary as the name is; the "Mystical Maze". You might even get credits or tokens at times simply because your playing! ;}
3. You will also earn credits whenever the members in your downline (three levels) view member sites with their MysticalMaze.com surf bar. BE FORWARNED: Any method of earning credits that does not involve YOU actually looking at the member sites on your surf page is a violation of the TERMS.

I can't log in to my account area. What could be the problem?

Have you activated your account? (See the confirmation email). Make sure that you are entering your username and password correctly. Usernames and Passwords are case-sensitive (uppercase and lowercase matter).

Make sure your cookie settings are set to ACCEPT, and depending on your security settings, or whether you run a firewall, you may have to allow mysticalmaze.com.

Can I buy more hits? How much does it cost?

Yes! Members may purchase more hits by going to the advertising link on the main page of the site. The cost varies depending on the package you choose, and also whether we are currently running any special promotions for that time.

Can I change the website(s) I am advertising at a later date?

Yes you can. Simply log in to your account, click on "My Sites" add, pause, or delete any url listed.

Can I advertise more than one site at a time?

Yes! Members may have multiple sites designated in the system. Each Membership has different amounts of url's allowed.

Why must I assign credits?

This feature was added, because you may want to assign X-amount of credits to url A, and X-amount to url B, etc. You may have one website, that you want to drive a stronger flow of traffic too.

In my account area, why do I have "partial" credits?

Example, a 2 to 1 ratio (the ratio we give to you) means that you would have to view another member's site 2 times to receive 1 credit. This translates into 0.5 credits for each site you view. The amount of credits gained from your downline is based upon the ratio listed by level of referral, as well as, the level in your membership status. There is One Free, One Pro, and One Executive Membership available to you.

How fast are my credits used up?

The time it will take to use up your credits depends on the number of members in the system daily, and the speed at which you are earning credits to replace those used up. We Recommend you surf often, and for long period's of time. ;-}

What happens if I run out of credits?

Once you run out of credits your page is no longer displayed. You can continue to earn more credits for free, or you can purchase credits from us. Both option's combined works better, but its your choice!

How do I know when I have earned a credit for viewing someone else's page?

When using your surf bar, you will see the change in "Sites Viewed" and "Credits" just below the banner being displayed.

When I surf for credits, sometimes I get an error message on the page but the MyticalMaze bar was loaded and the 'Credit Received' total appeared. Did I still earn a credit?

Yes. The problem was in displaying that particular member's page. You still receive credit if 'credit received' has been shown.

How many credits can I earn each day?

Currently there are no limits on the number of credits you can earn daily, however, you will only earn a credit for each new page loaded and viewed the required length of time (20 sec).

How do I build my downline?

When you signed up you were sent an email that requires you to login to activate the account. Once your logged in to the members area, scroll down and you will see a referral link. You can promote MysticalMaze using this link. When they join, they will be automatically placed in your downline.

DO NOT USE SPAM in your advertising. We have a zero tolerance policy and your account will be terminated without recourse upon the first complaint! REMEMBER: if you do not know the person you are emailing, do not send them an email about joining MysticalMaze.com. This includes autoresponders, and Free For All (FFA) Page auto-response messages. If you need help with ways to promote your MysticalMaze.com referral page, please Contact Us and we will make suggestions.

Note: Executive members will have referrals assigned to them automatically. The amounts will vary in any given month depending on the volume of members signing up without a Sponsor.

Do I earn a commission on referral upgrades?

Yes, If you are either a Pro or Executive Member- You can earn a (Residual) commission on Direct Referral Upgrades. Execs can also earn commission on purchases, and only if your account remains in good standings!

NOTE: Any lapses due to failed payments, or if you canceled your accounts monthly subscription, are subject to forfeiture of upgraded referral commissions for that current month! It is your responsibility to maintain your account, as that was the reason for the monthly subscription plan!

How much do I earn on Direct Referral Upgrades?

Pro Members: Earn $2.50 on all direct referral upgrades, and 15% all referrals monthly surfing on 3 levels.
Executive Members: Earn $2.50 on Pro upgrades, and $5.00 on Exec upgrades, 50% on Purchases, as well as, 20% of all referrals monthly surfing on 3 levels.

No, but you earn 25 credits as a Sign-Up bonus, and 10% of all referral's monthly credits on 3 levels.
